ST. EDWARD SPIRIT PROGRAM
North Coast is the official spirit program partner of St. Edward High School. As an affiliated Spirit Partner, North Coast trains and develops all aspects of spirit programming for SEHS. St. Edward athletes prides themselves on being leaders of the St. Ed's community and an integral contributor to athletics.
The primary focus of the St. Edward Spirit Program is to increase the Eagle Spirit of St. Edward on campus and in the community by performing and cheering at athletic events while excelling as scholars in their own schools. To be eligbile to participate in sideline cheer, participates must be students at St. Joseph Academy or Magnificat High School.
The Spirit Program strives to encourage crowd participation, focusing on student-athlete development, sportsmanship, maturity, and pride. The St. Edward Spirit Program looks forward to enhancing and creating traditions for Eagle fans and alumni to enjoy.

2024-2025 PROGRAM
SIDELINE CHEER: 2024-2025 NEW ELIGIBILITY Current students at St. Joeseph Academy, Magnificat High School, Alumni's children in 9th-12th grade of St. Joeseph Academy, Magnificat High School OR St. Edward High School. Sideline team cheers for home games for Football and/or Basketball games with additional appearances at community events. Athletes may choose Football season, Basketball season or both season participation.
STUNT TEAM: Edsmen interested in performing stunts with cheer team during selected high profile 3rd quarter of home football games and home basketball games for pre-game and 1st/2nd quarter change.
MASCOT: Edsmen interested in performing as the mascot at varied high profile sporting and community events.
RALLY TEAM: Selected and performs for special occasions only. Non-members of Sidleline Cheer.
DANCE TEAM: Must be students at St. Joseph Academy or Magnificat High School to participate. Performs for four home basketball games for pre-game show and half time.
HIGH SCHOOL GAME DAY COMPETITIVE TEAM:
8th-12th grade: Competes at UCA events. Tryouts are required. Athletes are not required to cheer sideline for eligibility. School or alumni sponsor is not required. Open to any athlete for participation.
LITTLE EAGLES:
14U & 8U GAME DAY COMPETITIVE TEAMS.
Ages 6-14 for the 2024-2025 school year. Athletes are not required to have school or parish affiliation. Tryouts are required for 14U team. Tryouts are NOT required for 8U team.
Recreation Sideline:
Open to student grades 3-5. Cheers for Football and/or Basketball sideline. Athletes are not required ot have school or parish affiliation. Athletes may choose sport participation.
